Cancel subscription issue

    Dear Friends at Jotform-

    I cancelled my subscription today 11/06/2018 since my next billing date is Nov. 8th, 2018 and i don't want to continue with the subscription, but after I cancelled my subscription, my account says I was scheduled to be downgraded to free on Nov. 10th, 2018.
     
    My next billing date was Nov. 8th, 2018 before I cancelled subscription but it changed to Nov. 10th after I cancelled it. Should I be concerned with the new billing date? Since my old billing date was Nov. 8th, I thought my subscription should end on Nov. 8th rather than on Nov. 10th. Would I have to pay for the next month of subscription or I am all set and i won't have to pay for the next month of subscription. 
     
    Please clarify.

    Your subscription has been canceled and your account will be downgraded to Free on November 10, 2018.

    No further charges will occur.

    Thanks Adrian, good to know i won't be charged for Nov.
