I am looking for a way to take the total number of products purchased via PayPal and get a sum in a hidden field on my form.
Here is the form.

I would like to get a sum of total guests so that it's in a separate field of my exported data. this way I can run a simple sum on my spreadsheet to keep a running tally of how many guests I have registered.
I tried using the calculation widget, but I can't find a way to extract how many of each "product" the person has chosen. Is this possible?
Thanks

To achieve this, you have to add all the product purchase fields outside the Payment Widget and then only pass the total to the Payment Widget. Refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/275-How-to-Pass-a-Calculation-to-a-Payment-Field
This way all the choices the user makes and the total can be stored on the submissions page.

I was afraid of that. Thanks for the reply. The form is live, so I'm not sure I want to change it right now, but I'll keep that in mind in the future.
Thanks!
