    why did my submission count revert to 0

    hello, I noticed that my submission count reverted to 0/1000 at the New Year, but my monthly cycle is not complete. I probably will downgrade to the Basic service. Should I do that now? or wait until the 13th? If I don't do it, will my credit card automatically be billed for the next month? Can I set it up so that I am notified about the next billing cycle, and then can decide what to do based on the number of submissions I am getting? Thanks, Tom

    Hi there, 

    You can downgrade at any time!

    You should find an e-mail of your last invoice from Fast Spring.  On this e-mail there should be a link to their secure payment gateway.  Once you log into their page, you can change your billing information and also the subscription on your account.

    As per the counter question, all counters are reset on the first of each month regardless of billing cycle.
