Form does not submit successfully, a "404 Not Found" error message is shown.

    good afternoon,

     

    When we complete a form, by clicking the submit button, it shows the error in the 404 Not Found web.

     

    It happens to us in all the forms

     

    Please, we need help, we use jotform for our business and this makes us stop completely

We have checked with our backend team and received an update from them that your IP address may have been blocked for spam submissions which could be causing the issue.     Your IP address is already added to our white-list, could you confirm if the issue persists?

    We have already escalated this issue to our back-end team. Unfortunately, we have not received any updates yet. Have you tried using a different internet connection?
