PDF template not showing correctly

In the majority of our forms, when the PDF comes as an attachment the questions and answers are completely unreadable with text overlapping all in the leftmost column of the page - even when I go to the form and attempt to customize the PDF (screenshot provided). We are expecting hundreds of submissions soon and do not have time to edit each one.

I checked your PDF template in the new editor. It appears that some fields reduced in the width hence they are overlapping.

You need to adjust it's width so it displays the submission data properly. This only needs to be done only once and not individually for each submission.

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I've now readjusted the fields 3 different times, and each time when I click print or download it reverts back to the previous format and does not download correctly.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. When I cloned your form I could not replicate this issue. The PDF template changes were saved automatically.

I have cleared your form cache to refresh your forms. The template is looking better now. Please clear your browser's cache and then re-login to your JotForm account. You may still need to make the spacing adjustment to the PDF template.

Let us know if you can adjust the template and if the changes save automatically.
