Why is email notification to the form owner failing when a form is submitted?

    The name of the form is Student Teaching Application. Why is email notification to the form owner failing when a form is submitted?

    When I click on the email list icon in editing mode, the name and the email is correctly spelled "Julie Thomas". When I test the form, one user receives the email and one doesn't -- Jamilla Moore receives notification and Julie Thomas does not.

    Can more than one person receive notification? Our list includes many -- I have not checked with the others if they receive the notification.

    Hello, Yes you can recieve more then one notification to many emails even in a single notification by itself, please check this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Form-Emails-to-Multiple-Recipients out. I checked a few of your Email Addresses that were used but they were not in our bouncelist which leads me to believe that there may be something wrong with the current setup for your Email Notifications therefore I'd like to refer you to this guide http://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-setup-email-alerts-to-prevent-emails-not-being-received-issues to help you with this problem.
