HIPPA -Compliant forms

Hi Guys, 

Do you know if this regulation applies only to the US? I'm building a website for the medical industry and patients would need to upload their medical referral and I was wondering if this would be a solution for us.

Our HIPAA compliant forms and HIPAA compliance system provides required safeguards to protect sensitive personal health information (PHI). Although the Australian Privacy Act is a different regulation, it states very similar requirements for protecting healthcare information. So I believe you'll benefit from HIPAA-compliant forms.
