Conditional answers in notification

    When I set up my notification, is it possible to set up conditionals... so that the answer says, for example, John Doe has several symptoms: XX, YY, ZZ. 

    where XX, YY, ZZ are symptoms that had the highest corresponding scores???

     

    This is different than this function--http://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Notifications-Based-on-Conditions--which sends an entirely different notification based on conditions.

    That guide is made based on conditions met into the form, this means other fields into the form will cause to send a predesigned autoresponder.

    However, you are talking about scores, and so far we  currently don't have such feature

    Unless you make a sort of checkboxes and then stablish multiple rules for a predefined autoresponder

    I forgot to mention that each autoresponder should include only the checkboxes (symptons) accordingly
