Query regarding 'Subscription overdue message'

    Hi,

    I've just downgraded the HRJerseywater account from Gold to silver and

    1. It is still showing the account as having 'Gold' status

    2. The current subscription is due for renewal on November 17th, yet I am seeing a message that states the account is overdue.

    Please can you confirm ASAP:

    1. The downgrade from gold to silver has been successful.

    2. The renewal date is still November 17th 2018.

    Hello,

    Unfortunately, downgrade to Silver was not successful. This is probably due to expired credit card. Please check the card used for subscription and try updating it if needed following the next guide: How-to-change-my-Payment-Method

    The renewal date is still November 17th 2018.
