    In what form do this happen? May we please have the form URL or ID so we can check your settings. Also please take a look at this guide: How to setup email alerts to prevent "emails not being received" issues

    Thanks for your quick response,

    The email sat in my MS outlook inbox since December 21, 2012 while I was out of town.
    I had approx. 5 jot forms from different customers that I had copied but when I clicked on this one to open on my desktop it simply disappeared. I searched my delete folder and waste basket and wasn’t there?

    I found it in the JotForm file and made a copy but most of the form questions. (I keep a folders on all inquiries)
    Are answered but questions are not showing. I wonder if this happens again if I can resend to my email address so the entire form is printable? I have been receiving all forms reliably and this is the first time that I can remember this ever happening.

    (Form in question dtd December 21, 2012 6:31 p.m. Name entry was for Denise Newberry)

    Do you mean the question labels are not showing up on your submissions page? Can you please check the following screen if this is what you are referring about? Thanks!

    If you are referring to your local files, then you can access your form submissions page and get a copy of the submissions there.

    When I printed the first time it didn't print the labels by right clicking

    @dougieda

    I am just a bit lost. :) From which are you using the printing option. Was it on your form submissions page or on your local app which is ms outlook? You should try checking your form submissions page and use the printing option provided there. That might help.

    It is not really a big deal now but in the present would be helpful

    When trying to print from within the JotForm submission page I didn't see an
    option to print but printed the copy by right clicking on the copy the
    labels were missing the first time but the second time when print view came
    up I widen the image by dragging the right side and everything printed. I
    hope this is not to confusing.

    My goal is I wanted to send it to my email for it to show in its normal form

    @Doug

    Hi, the screen provided previously by Idarktech also includes the print button (it is the left most button Print useful menus)

    In the submission options, you can check the option Show Headers and Texts to be able to include them in the printout.

    Can you please describe more what you meant by sent it to your email and show as normal form? 

    There is now way to embed the form within the email notification -- if that is what you meant.

    I have a similar issue but my form is not showing the data the usered entered in the email I receive although it is shown on the website. Can someone help me with this please?  Username is testdrivetech@gmail.com

    That will help in the future if I need to print a hard copy…
    What I meant is with the email not showing up in my email inbox. I was hoping that I could “forward” it to my email address instead of making a hard copy..?

    It looks like the forward might do it…I’ll have to check it out..

    @testdrivetech

    Recreate your form notification, that should fixed it. That's most probably due to the outdated/not correct or some field tags might not on your form notification that's why answers aren't carried over when the form is sent. Simply delete your existing notification and create a new one.
