Form attachments 404’ing

Form attachments are all 404’ing, please look into this and let us know when it is resolved. 

Is that the only file, you are unable to download? It seems that the file from the screenshot you provided was not properly uploaded to our servers. I can only suggest you to ask your user to upload the file again. 

If you are unable to download some other files as well, please provide us the links of those files, so that we can report the issue to our developers. 

Nope, it is random, sometimes it will download, I was able to download 4 random submission attachments, and others I am not. It appears most of the files were from yesterday.

Yesterday, we had an issue and some users were getting Server Error 502 on form submit. I am not sure but maybe this issue is related to your issue. Maybe your users were submitting the form while we had this issue and because of that, the files were not properly uploaded to our servers. The Server Error 502 issue was quickly resolved by our developers.

If you can provide us all links of the files that you are unable to download, we can report this issue to our developers. Maybe they will be able to recover those files. Other option is to ask your users to submit the form again.
