Can't get the form to work

    I have created my first form but when I try to run it I get the error message attached. What am I doing wrong?

    You are getting this error message because the Unique Submission option is set to "Check cookies and IP". The form is on Strict Check mode. It means that the user that is using the same browser and same IP can only submit once. This option can be changed in the Preferences menu. You can set it to "No Check" to disable the Unique Submissions function.
