Creating Columns and a check box

Hi JotForm Support Team,

I am having trouble creating columns on an employment form. I need one section of my form split into 2 columns where I have a short paragraph, and the other column where people can click off on a check box or something of the sort. Thank you!

Note that when you want to display the fields on multiple columns you will also need to increase your form width in order to have more room to display the fields properly. Here's a guide that will help you increasing the form's width: https://www.jotform.com/help/35-The-Importance-of-Form-Widths
