    I have one form with a hidden field according to the page the user is using to send the form I get the value, the code for my site is:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/30070863010843?taller20=Especialidad en teoría y técnicas psicomusicales receptivas">

    Where "taller20" is my hidden field.

    I dont know why, but sometimes I get the information from that field and some others it just seems to be blank.

    In this page is working fine: http://gestalthumanista.com/coyoacan/maestria_en_gestalt.html

    In this one is not working: http://gestalthumanista.com/coyoacan/maestria_en_teoria_y_tecnicas_psicomusicales_humanistas.html

    Im using the same coding Im just changing the informations aftet "?taller20="

    How can I fix it?

    Hi,

    How about setting up a default value on the hidden field because what you have done on prepopulating fields is a something wrong;

    Then please re-create your form notification because I can see it's a bit miss up.

    Thanks

    But if I put a default value to the form all my submission will get the same value for "Taller", right? and I want that the form "captures" the value from the site they want the information. Im using the code on this page: http://www.jotform.com/help/84-How-to-Use-a-Single-Form-in-Multiple-Sites-and-Know-Which-Site-a-Submission-Came-From

    And I dont know why some submission are working fine and other are not if all have the same coding.

    I can see the Title for that page is
    <title>
    Instituto Humanista de Psicoterapia Gestalt - Sede Coyoacán - Maestría en Teoría y Técnicas Psicomusicales Humanistas</title>

    And your Jotform's code for that page is

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.co/jsform/30070863010843?taller20=Especialidad en teoría y técnicas psicomusicales receptivas">

    Also, I would recommend you to use the iFrame code rather than the <script> code

    Check this guide in order to grab the iFrame code for the form
