    Can't Login..

    Hello,

    I have just tried to login and was told 'Username or password did not match', I have not changed any of these and I am 100% certain of my username and password.

    So after trying many times I went for next option to reset password. I did this and received the email 'Lost Password' followed the link and typed new password, clicked 'Reset Password' but got the warning 'There was an error in your request. Error Number: 116'.

    Until this is resolved I have no acces to my account.

    Hello,

    Can we know your username or email address?

    I could not find any account that is related to shana_gary@yahoo.ie while I don't think that Garrett is your username.

    I changed your username to "GarrettWalsh". With no space chararacters. Can you try to login now?

    I have tried to login with "GarrettWalsh" but it did not work. But I did manage to reset my password without the error message.

    Yes I am still having login problems.

     

    I managed to change password without getting the error message as I was getting at first. So now that I definately have the correct password, I just need the correct username.

     

    I have tried "GarrettWalsh" & "Garrett Walsh" & "garrettwalsh" & "garrett walsh" but none work. I just keep getting the message "Username or password did not match.".

     

    Please help.
