Oh please find a way to simplify this. Adobe Forms Central had a very easy way for users to return to forms. Surely JotForms can do this too.
Why not a widget that sends a session ID to the user in an email.
I've used your method for a number of years, but I'm always afraid I'll make a simple mistake and applicants will lose their data.
No need to write me back. This is just my yearly suggestion about how to make a very good product great.

You can try the JotForm Cards Save and Continue Later feature. It is much more simple than the Classic Form. Here's a guide:

Please give it a try and let us know if you have questions. Thank you.

"Try a different product", even if it's your own, is a dangerous answer to give customers.
In other words: If trying a different product is the solution, then you're inviting a client to look for a product that offers the requested feature, without the limitations of the JotForm Cards product.
FormsCentral offered the ability to simply add a "Save" element to the form, with the properties getting set by the form designer.

Thank you for providing the links.
I checked the link and the feature request ticket was canceled. For now, it is only available for the Card Forms. I am already assuming that you're familiar with Card Forms. If not, here's a guide:
