Hi,
I have a form that takes membership applications. In most cases we accept Credit Card payments for membership but in some cases people bring in Cash and we still need to process the form when that happens.
The form creates a unique Member number and also integrates with MailChimp so we want to use the same form but be able to bypass the Credit Card payment.
I have setup a option on the form to take Credit Card or Cash and this displays the relevant fields depending on the option.
To ensure that the Cash is received at the office when completing the form I had thought to implement some verification / password on the form so that the Admin team could use the form to create the new Membership and when selecting Cash they would enter this password and then be allowed to submit the form without taking a Credit Card.
I have tried everything I can think of with the Conditions section on the form and cannot seem to get it to work the way I want.....do you have any suggestions on how I could implement something like this ?

I have simplified the conditions on your form by removing the Hide rules. Also, the next condition is added.
When the 'abc' verification code is used, the form submit button is being displayed.
You can change that code in the condition.
If you need any further assistance, please let us know.
