When I publish or preview the form all the recently edited fields are missing

I have made a form. But now when I publish or preview the form all the recently edited fields are missing. The link below will help to get to my form. Please reply ASAP. It is a bit urgent.

I have just checked your form and it all seems fine except the element at the beginning called "Type a question". Indeed it does not show up on the form itself but it is visible in edit mode. May I ask how did you get it? It does not look like a widget however it is also not among the basic form elements.

That is a widget Unique ID which I use to generate the serial number. Can you check why is it not visible.

The Unique ID field is aimed to be used in Submissions and in reports. It will not be displayed to your form users but will show up on your reports and submissions page. The reason is it generates the value after form submission.

You may want to consider using a Random Value Generator widget field instead. It generates a value directly on the form. Generated value can also be copied to another field.
