How does one handle form questions via a licensing model?

    Hi,

With respect to licensing Jotform - how does the forum thing work or questions that users may have on using the platform? Of course if one is white labelling type of thing one hardly wants the Jotform forum as it stands in full view.

But then all those  technical questions? .....

Would you be kind enough to advise me.

    Thanks Mark

    Hi there,

Users that have purchased a license for Jotform are entitled to free email support.

    http://www.interlogy.com/products/jotform/

However it's also possible to set a forum post to private, so that only the support team and the developers can see it.  To do that, just click the "Keep this question private" checkbox when submitting a query.

    Thanks,

    Daniel

    Interesting Daniel

Unless I'm mistaken I think you have entirely missed the point of the question. The question relates to if I buy spend $199 to licence jotform on a hosted basis from you lot - how does the forum thing work without giving the game away that we are merely renting a system. How do the users that I bring on board deal with technical issues.

    Regards Mark

JotForm appliction or hosted does not include forum. You can see a demo here:

    http://jotformdemo.interlogy.com/

There is no forum or support system. You would need to handle the support by email.
