My Forms: the option to add Notes to each form

    Add a Notes section to each form, which opens a text field for notes.

    This would help us list where we use the form and any other information relative to the form.

    I am not a paying customer yet but if this feature existed it would push me to sign up for a silver level annual plan.

    Sure. I have forwarded this thread to our backend team as a feature request. Note that we cannot give you an estimate as to when this feature will get implemented or if our developers will consider adding it in the future, but as soon as we have an update, we will let you know through this thread.
