How do I add the square link to our website for patient payments online?

Our medical practice processes patients' credit card payments using square. I need to figure out how to add the square payment link to our website so patients can pay online. Please advise.

(under 'patient resources' on our website we already have a tab created for 'patient payments' we just need the code to incorporate square here.
