How to print form with users data in it?

SO I am using HIPPA compliance.    When a patient submits one of my forms, I see the data collected by jotform BUT I want to see my original form that they completed in PDF format (NOT the PDF format that jotform is giving me).

I want to be able to fax medical record release but I need to see their data on the original form.      

How do I do this ?

Before, I was able to click "EDIT SUBMISSION" when it came to my email but now it wont bring up the PDF form I want.
