Cannot get form to publish

I have checked the website you shared and the only form I'm seeing is the own shown in the screenshot below but it is not created in JotForm.

Do we need to click on a link or a button to see the form embedded on your website?

Also, can you tell us exactly the update you made in your form that is not showing on the embedded form, please? I have cleared the cache of your form. I hope that fixes the issue. Otherwise, please feel free to let us know.
