    Text is not wrapping on my web page submissions but looks ok when entering.

    On my jotforms the text boxes are all set to expand. I have checked the label alignment and it is auto. Currently our service techs hit return when they reach the end of the text box on the web site but they wrap ok on the jotforms test.

    Hi,

    If you mean, text aren't wrapping on your forms submissions page then I can't replicate it here. I don't see any problems on it. Note that text box is only for single line text, it is not possible to hit enter key to create a new line. However, if you are referring to the text area then I still can't replicate the problem. They seem to work fine.

    Also, are you referring to the form embedded here? http://delpackaging.com/customer-support/

    Correct, it is the text area. Wraps ok on the form but shows single line forever on iphone submissins...

    I see. So the problem is related to iPhones. Before I could submit this to our development team. Can you please confirm if you are using JotForm iPhone Application? Or you are just browsing JotForm Submissions page using your iPhone? Also, if you would be so kind to provide a screenshot on the said issue, we would greatly appreciate it.     Hi there, 

    If you are refering to the text area content not displaying on the submission's page, it is not a problem with iPhones and iPads only.

    Unfortunately, when rendering the submission, the content of text areas does not inject line breaks at the moment.  I have submitted this issue to our dev team and they will be in contact with you as soon as there is a solution.  Please be advised that we can not give you an eta on this.
