I've read your terms of use.  I was trying to import a form from my other account, I'm not asking for any passwords or collecting sensitive data, etc.  My forms have been up for years, haven't changed them.  Why is my account suspended?

Hello Johanna, this form "[Imported Form] MachForm Admin Panel" was found on your account as suspicious of phishing activity because you're collecting user credentials.

Gathering this type of data violates our Terms of Use.

Our phishing detector will automatically flag the forms found and suspend the account or this can be manually performed by our Staff.

Asking for an access code to conditionally show/hide fields within your form is okay. However, you should refrain from using "password" as your label to avoid being flagged by our phishing detector. Kindly change it to something similar like an "access code". Other than that, no other kinds of passwords or user credentials are allowed to be collected.

I have removed the offending field on this form and reactivated your account. Please refrain from making new forms like that to avoid getting suspended again.

Thanks for taking care of this. I was actually just trying to see if I could import my current Machform (Appnitro) as a starting point for a JotForm. That form doesn’t even have a password field so no idea where that came from. ?
