How to disable payment option for PayPal field?

    Hello.


    i'm trying to create a special order form because i work with customizable products and i need something to allow the customer to send their files and demands... however, i don't want a payment option on that form.  how can i disable it??

    Hello,

    As far as I understand, you would like to collect orders without processing a payment for them. If this is correct, you can use Purchase Order payment field instead of PayPal. This would allow you to collect orders without payments. Also, when you delete PayPal field and add Purchase Order, your products will be transferred there automatically.

    Thank you for your quick reply..
    So i remove paypal but the products lay will be deleted too ?? because i like that layout, i just don’t want Customer to pay immediatly..
    When you say that products will be transferred, you’re talking about variants too, right ??

    You do not need extra settings to move products to different payment integration. Just click "Remove" for PayPal field like shown on the screenshot above. Then after you add Purchase Order field, you will see your current products there. They will be re-created automatically.
