Please your help to add the form as attachment to the email that is sent to me after the client is submitting the form.
I am referring to the Terrexa Requirements form

To add an attachment to the Email Notification sent to you after the form is filled, refer to this guide: How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications
In addition, you can edit the contents and appearance of the PDF that will be sent as an attachment here: https://www.jotform.com/products/pdf-editor/
