I am having problem with a form I am using that is integrated with dropbox, I thought the idea was that the dropbox synced with the form and therefore I am not using any jotform space, however I am now being told I am running out of space and files are not coming through to the dropbox. If I've paid for dropbox surely I shouldn't have to pay for jotform too?

Both are two different services and we do not have any control to Dropbox Limits. Unfortunately, you have to subscribe to both services if you'd like to get higher limits on both DropBox and JotForm. However, I don't think it is necessary for you to upgrade on Dropbox since they offer 2GB for free accounts.
It also possible to delete the files from your JotForm account or to your DropBox to free up some space. Of course you have to back up them first or download them to have a local copy.
