How to switch to old version of PDF?

    I sent a message on how to revert back to the old PDF format.  The answer was click on the button that says switch back to old pdf version.  This is not coming up on my computer when I open a submission to PDF.

    The button is available in the PDF editor screen that can be accessed by clicking on PDF -> Customize PDF.

    You may also use the following URL to open the PDF editor directly and switch to old version.
