I am planning a few events this year. I would like to make two invitation or registrations forum. One for each location. If I do that in the registration form, how can I make sure that the add to calendar is correct for each location?

If I understand you correctly, you want to send a different Autoresponder Email based on the user's answer. You can achieve that using conditions (CHANGE EMAIL RECIPIENT conditions).

You will need to add an additional condition for that case (when two choices are selected).
The condition should look something like this.
