Account suspended

My account seems to be suspended.

Can you help me to reactivate it ?

Unfortunately, your account was suspended because your form is collecting passwords from the users which are against to our Terms-of-Use, due to phishing.

It's not possible to retrieve your account and/or your form since the suspension was due to phishing.

If your purpose is not to collect this data from the general public, but from your own customers, then you need to comply with two things:

1. Add the Terms & Conditions Widget (or the Short Scrollable Terms Widget) for your users to read and agree.

2. Add a Signature Widget (E-Signature or Smooth Signature) so your users can sign and agree to provide such sensitive information.

In addition to widgets, you should encrypt your form submissions. 

After all these processes your form complies with our Terms of Use and your account will be retrieved. 

If otherwise, you should remove sensitive information collecting fields from your form in order to retrieve your account.
