    Sender's Email not appended

    The form elements are in Japanese.

    When the sender's email is set to be the actual sender's email address in the notification area, the sent emails do not have the sender's email as the reply-to address.

    Hello and I can see what you are talking about with the field form's current language. Unfortunately though, you would need to go into the form and edit each field converting it manually into the desired language. 

    As for the Email issue you would need to go in and edit the Recipient of your Email Alerts to adjust this then click finish and make sure your form has saved so that it is updated or are you wanting to a reply to address when the form is filled out by a person that submits it?

    The issue is that when the email field has non-English label, the email notification fails to include the reply-to address (I have selected this non-English email label under "Sender's Email" dropdown list in Recipeint Details. This makes it impossible for the recipient to respond to the sender's email address directly (it functions as it should if the email field has English label).

    Hello officezen.  I just testing a copy of your form and it works fine when I hit reply on my email. 

    This may probably due to replication delays if you have recently updated your form and the updates don't happen.  Can you try testing this link and see if it works as how you want it to:
