    Hi,

I made an order form, when transferring the mail to someone who bought sometime, which I did gives me the following mail. Some fields are hidden, others aren't.

All the red in file shouldn't be there

Hide Empty Fields in email won't work for modified email template tables. It is either you will keep it that way or re-create the email template and keep it default.

How to re-create the email template then for being sure that those empty fields will be hidden ?

Remove the email form and start over again ?

    Hi,

In your email notification settings, you can edit the email content. First, select the row you want to delete or the field that you don't want to include in the email.

In addition to what my colleague advise, please note:

When the "Hide empty field" option is enabled, you should use the default data table in your email notification and autoresponder email for the "Hide Empty Fields" feature to work. You can still add some text and new rows but you should keep the labels and field tags of the questions intact. If you delete the whole data table then create your own layout, then the hide empty field feature will not work.
