separate invoices from year to year

Hi ,

I have  an online form where we sign up members. There is a link to paypal.

How can I separate the sign-ups we get from year to year? Is there a folder structure that I can be using?

Could you  let me know?

Were you perhaps referring to the form submission data in View Submissions page?

If that is, there is Time Frame option which will allow you to set a date range to display submissions within that time frame only.
