Spreadsheet widget not showing up in Form

    Hello! 

    One of my jotforms is not functioning properly. It has a section that looks like an excel sheet with columns and rows. It is the "Enter Info:" section. The section is no longer giving the user the option to fill it out. The table is missing. Can you help us fix this?
