Hello,
People are receiving a submit.jotformpro.com took too long to respond error when they fill out our IT Service Order form. Please see screen shot.

I submitted a test submission to your form and I was not able to replicate the issue. After clicking the Submit button, I didn't encounter any lag or slow response. Here's a screencast of my test:
Please try using a different internet connection for testing purposes. If the issue still persists, please let us know.
