only one entry allowed?

    "Sorry! Only one entry is allowed.
    Multiple submissions are disabled for this form."
    That is the text that pops up when my form is submited. 
    In the preferences section I have selected: no "submission limit" and no "expiration date."
    I'm not sure what else to do but I know that I won't be able to share this form with any clients until I've got this figured out.

    I don't plan on embeding this form on my webpage.  (www.santos2.com)  I intend to just email the link to my clients after we've completed a photo session.

    Hello I just sent a Test through to your form, could you please check to see if it came through on your end?
