Could you please let us know what is the error you see if any or why you're having this difficulty?

    Hi Nik
In our business account I am trying to add a sub account for one of my staff, It adds fines, and sends her an email. She cannot edit any forms from our folder. I go back into settings and the sub account (email I have just added) has disappeared.
    Regards

Could you please share the email of the user you would like to add as a sub-user?

So we can check this issue.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I have checked the account rec@mackaygymnastics.org.au and it has been created already. Checking your sub-user status, you're grandfathered and can use this feature.

Can you please try to add the user again using other web browsers?

Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.

    Thank you.

I have tried with both Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox as well as Google Chrome (our original browser), the same problem occurs – I add the email into subuser and then I log out and back in to check and the email is no longer there. The user of rec is getting emails stating they can edit but there is no option given to confirm or login and cannot edit any forms.

I can replicate this on your account. I have escalated this thread to our backend team, so they can check this further for us. If we have an update, we'll let you know here.

The sub-user account should be able to edit forms upon checking. The only issue is that it is not visible on your sub-user options.

I'm sorry. I just checked again, and it loops back to the My Forms page after you click Edit Form. I have noted this one in the ticket.

    Hey Michelle,

The deleted sub-users shouldn't see `Shared with you` part of the folder structure now.

Thanks for the heads up! Let us know if you ever need anything else,

    Cheers.

    Sorry Scott
A little confused – so the
sub-user should be able to access the forms and edit the forms that are on our main business account and should not disappear after I add the email again.

Hmmm, well sorry for the confusion.

Looks like there were two different bugs.

First one is that the deleted sub-users were still able to see the shared folder view on their account. This is now fixed.

The second one is that a once deleted sub-user is not registrable again under the same email/account details. I will split this thread and you may follow the status of the secondly mentioned bug on the thread linked below:
