Is there a way to force the form to be confined to a single page when printed?

    Hi,

I'm creating an online waiver form that my client's customers need to sign. They want the option to also print the form out. When the "print" feature is selected, the form prints on two pages (mostly one page, and the signature on the second page).  Is there a way to force the form to be confined to a single page when printed? (auto reduce?)

    Thank you!

I would suggest changing the letter size and do the picture sizing adjustments a bit until it fits one page.

    - That is the most you can do and in most cases that is what you should actually do. Adjustment of font size and picture size.

Once you have changed the font size, and pictures (if included) you will see the result as you want.

Please let me know if it helped.

NOTE: My recommendation is reducing font from a default value of 10-12 to 8-10 max. (so for 2px less) and resizing the pictures maximally until they are still viewable once printed ("viewable" in the meaning of seeing stuff that is important in the picture- well and smooth).

    Hope I helped you.

There is to much content to fit on a single page when a form is printed. The only way I was able to make it work is by reducing the question spacing to 0 and by removing the logo from a form.

How Can I Change Spacing Between Questions?

    Here is a demo form - https://form.jotform.com/83161686412962

I would suggest you to create a PDF report that will fit on a single page using our new PDF Editor. You can then attach the PDF report to the Autoresponder Email and sent it to your user. You can also attach it to the Email Notification if you want to receive it as well, or you can download the PDF reports from the PDF Editor.

How to include submissions as PDF attachment in the email notifications?
