    After i cloned the form the original header still shows up in clone form even if i edit it

    Hi Erwin,

    There is a difference between the title of the form that the visitor sees and the name of the form that you see in your list of forms.  Usually it will be the same, but if you clone it from another form you'll need to edit both the title and the name.  Have a look at this image; you can click to edit the white text on the orange background as well as th title in the editor.

    Thanks for your quick response. I did that and still doesn't work. The orange logo keeps showing the original header title.

    Sorry,

    I should have mentioned that you also need to click the Save button, since it doesn't auto save.  I've just changed the orange title to the one from the form body for you and it appears to have saved correctly now.  Please get back to me if you are still having problems.
