PayPal billing charges

We do Youth Football games twice in San Antonio, TX and use PayPal for payments entry fees and right

now PAY PAL is charges too much and prevent us on giving back. We are non profit.

The three countries that are in our tournament is Canada, United States and Mexico.

So, is Mexico coming up line soon with Strip?
