I am hoping someone can help! There is a know issue with the latest iphone updates. Apple probably did this on purpose. Iphones no longer sort or lable images by name. It's sorts them by date and all images on your iphone are labled image.jpeg. So when you upload them to a third party things go haywire! For example, if customers upload 5 x images to my jotform straight from there iphone, it will upload 5 copies of one image, all labled image.jpeg.
I was hopeing there would be something I can add to my jot form that automatically re-lables the images to a new file name?????

Hello. Unfortunately this is not possible to rename files from the server side. Since the file referred is a certain file name which causing this problem, can you convert the upload field to multiple-file upload? You can select the field and then click "Allow Multiple" to enable this.
You can also try using the Filepicker.io element on your form provided that you also have an account with Filepicker.io.
Please let us know if you need further assistance.
