Yes, you can achieve that by adding File Upload to your form, it will allow your users to upload files, images and videos.

You can also add any file extension if you wish to. Here's a guide:How to Change the Allowed File Types in the Upload Field.

The File Upload File size limit when you added it to your form is only 10854KB or 10.8MB.
If you want to change the file upload limit so your user can upload larger files. Please follow this guide:Changing the File Upload Size Limit. Please note that JotForm upload max size is 1GB or less per file.
