How can I uprade account?

    hi, I want to know if you have support in spanish, I have questions about a free form that I had create but now I can´t see it, I´ll pay silver plan but I need recover the information from free form

    I see your account seguimientocontactos is in Overlimit status due to 201 submissions. The submission is restricted to 100 only in a free account. You may upgrade your account to any of the plans or you may wait for the first day of the next month as the limits reset every month on the first day.

    If you want to upgrade your account then you may directly go the billing section( https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing) of your account. This should be enabled.
