iPad submissions not coming through

    Good Afternoon!

    I am currently experiencing an issue where any forms submitted on an iPad are not coming through - any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Can you try unchecking "Block All Cookies" and "Block All Pop Ups" in your Safari settings form your iPad?

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
