Charts based JotForm survey responses

I want to prepare charts based on JotForm survey responses, however, when I click on "CHART" under visual reports, there is a popup "no data available

I can see the data is already being displayed in the Pie chart format on your visual report. Are you try to change the chart type then it needs to be done from the properties of the chart.

Thank you for your response and assistance. The outcome desired is a full
visual report of the results of the 7 surveys and 32 questions. I need to
analyze and present. Please let me know the best way to proceed...I may
need to talk with someone and not sure if I need to upgrade my JotForm
account for technical assistance. Thank you for your direction.

You may manually include all the 32 answers in the visual builder.
