Issues with viewing JF2. Oak Creek Plumbing ON-line Service Call Form

Not able to filter multiple view and form is not saved on-line when filled out. 

I am not sure If I understood your concern clearly. Are you not able to view the submissions made on the form? Here is how to view them - How-to-View-Form-Submissions. I reviewed your recent submissions and there were 4, received today.

Not sure what do you mean by filter multiple views? Could you please provide more details so we can explain it accordingly?
