I have created a jot form for our volunteers to use to register and now want to upload it to our google drive so that the committee can access the form. I have been able to upload it but cannot open it. It loads as a .url. Are you able to tell me what I need to do to be able to open the form please.

When you integrate forms in google drive, forms are separated in different folders. After the integration is completed, the Google Drive folder is created. Name of the folder appears as shown. You can change the folder's name if you would like to.
Then, you should click on the DRIVE icon on your account:
You will see the created folder under the Folders tab:
When you click your folder, you can see your submission folders:
The submission files look like in the following figure:

I hope you are referring to this Form( http://www.jotform.co/form/82952160189866) in your account. I see that you have successfully integrated the Google Drive Integration.
The Form would not be there in the Drive in an offline mode rather the JotForm you have built is an online one. You can easily access the Form via the URL. On submission of the Form, the submission PDF, uploaded file would be uploaded in your Google Drive.
