I have completed the Payment submission but not yet received the payment

    Yesterday I had a payment and I just processed and accepted payment, but I see no payments on paypal account. What needs to be done, and how to raise the money that is paid?

    Did you complete the payment from the list of Incomplete payments?

    Please note that there is only two possibility on why the payment ends up as incomplete payments. One is if user do not settle the payment and the second one is if user settle the payment but IPN is disabled in your PayPal account. When the form is submitted, users are redirected to PayPal checkout page. If they do not complete the payment, submission ends up as incomplete payments.

    For the submission which you have manually completed, it seems user did not complete the payment after being redirected to PayPal checkout page. Please note that manually completing the payment does not process the payment in PayPal but it just moves the submission from incomplete payment section to your submission grid.

    I would suggest you to please contact your user, ask them to submit your form again and settle the payment after they are redirected to PayPal checkout page.
