    The form I am editing is supposed to be on a paid for account but I appear to only have the options available to a free account. How do I get this corrected?

    Hello,

    The form in question indeed belongs to a paid account. Could you please tell us which settings you refer to so we checked it closer in order to provide a proper suggestion?
